something i picked up on

most people do your standard 3 X 8, but what happens when you notice you're not getting any bigger. i moved on to the 4 X 12, this meant i had to drop weight with several excercises, but the results i must say are certainly showing.

just for chest now, im doing

Dum bell incline 4 X 12
Dum bell flatch bench 4 X 12
Flat bench pec flys 4 X 12
Incline bench pec flys 4 x 12
Cable crossovers but different, doing them more as if it were a decline pec fly standing vertically straight to work lower pecs.
