Am I overtraining

Hey I was working out body part once a week 3 sets of 10 with 3 different excersises ... Well a light weight bodybuilder told me that if I worked back and chest till failure tuesday arms till failure then wed legs till failure then one day rest then. Start it all over again well I seen result for a short period of time but now I have lost my pump my size and cut... And I. Was wondering if I was over duing it pls I need help with this
