What you want to do is gain the maximum muscle mass with the minimum of bodyfat.

This muscle mass building cycle should run for periods of 4 to 8 weeks while on a good muscle/weight gaining diet and intensive weight training about 4 days a week along with the following supplements:

Testosterone Supplement - 3 capsules about 1 hour before your workout on training days, on non workout days take with breakfast.

Anabolic Creatine - 3 capsules about 15 minutes before your workout on training days, on non workout days take with lunch.
