I JUST FOUND OUT THAT I’M LACTOSE. I’M LOSING WEIGHT AND SIZE COULD YOU GIVE ME A WORKOUT THAT I CAN GET SOME SIZE BACK. HERE’S MY WORKOUT THAT I DO NOW.

MONDAY
FLAT DB PRESS -4 sets
INCLINE DB-4 sets
DB FLYS -3 sets
PECK DECK -3 sets
BEHIND NECK-3 sets
SEATED DB PRESS- 2 sets

TUESDAY
WIDE GRIP PULL DOWNS -3 sets
1 ARM DB ROWS -3 sets
SEATED CABLE ROWS -3 sets
SEATED BENT OVER RAISES DBS-2 sets
STANDING CALF’S-3 sets of 15

WED
TRICEP PULL DOWS-3 sets
BENCH TRICEPS -3 sets
DB OVERHEAD TRICEPS-3 sets
SUPER SETS ARMS -3 sets
I use a straight bar ,wide grip, med grip, narrow grip

Thursday

leg ext-3 sets
squats -3 sets
leg curls- 3 sets
