HI THERE
I HAVE VERY SHORT LIMITED EQUIPMENTS IN MY HOME PREMISE.
TOTAL WEIGHT I HAVE 50 KG AND I DO 3DAY X WEEK
1.BARBELL DEADLIFT 3SET UP TO FAILURE
2.DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS 3 SET TO FAILURE
3.FRONT SQUAT 30KG WEIGHT LIFTING STYLE (DUE TO I HAVE NO RACK) 3 SET
4.DUMBBELL OVER HEAD PRESS 3 SET
I AM 5-7"
AGE : 38
WEIGHT 72 KG (I AM NOT SURE, I AM OVER WEIGHT OR NOT)
I DO MY JOB 10 HOURS DESK JOB AND DO WORKOUT AT NIGHT 8.30PM
ACTUAL I WANT TO KEEP MY SELF FIT AND WELL SHAPE.
I NEED YOUR ADVISE ABOUT MY WORKOUT IS IT WRONG OR OK.
