Tips on how to get big muscles fast

Posted by Admin

You need to eat big and lift big in order to get big!

You should train at least 3 days a week (ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). But make sure you give your body plenty of rest time to grow new muscle tissue.

Work up to heavy weights in the basics exercises: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Rows, Press Over Head, etc. Remember it's big and strong, if you want to get as big as possible work on getting as strong as possible.

You will not get big eating like a bird, 3 meals a day will not be enough, you will seriously need to be eating 6 to 8 times a day of good wholesome food. If you want to grow sometimes you will have to eat even when you are not hungry, you should eat by the clock not by your stomach. Be sure to have a high protein meal at least every 2 to 3 hours you are awake.

Sleep is also important get 8 to 10 hours a nigh sleep and your body will thank you for it by growing!

Last but not least are supplements, stacking is the way to go, for gains in mass we suggest stacking the following: AndroStack, Ecdybolin and Pumped Extreme
