I've been using a program that really works...Push, pull, squat or deadlift. Program is done three days a week using one compound exercise for each category. Vary the exercises each workout. Very effective program for size and strength. You may do 1 or 2 isolation exercises if you have the time and inclination after doing the main three.. Finish the workout in an hour.
