Working out at night good or bad

Hi, Is there any wrong (not beneficial/effective) in working out at night before going to sleep?

I don't have much time in the morning to exercise so I usually do it at night. So I wait for 2 to 3 hours after dinner and I run for about 20 min then do weights for 40, then cool down and go to bed after about 1 hour. So I do my workout at around 9pm to 10 pm and go to sleep at 11pm or 11.30pm. Any suggestions or insights is appreciated.

The only problem is some people have trouble getting to sleep after exercising.

Otherwise there is nothing wrong with it.

I used to workout at 10pm every night when I was younger.
