Mike Mentzer High Intensity Training For Arms

Posted by Sergio

I was online and stumbled upon Mike Mentzer's site of weight training. I myself have been training for almost a year and have somewhat gained in size. I am 210 lbs and wish to achieve that 230 lbs weight. The only thing I have noticed though is that my arms are not growing as much as the other body parts. I do train arms once or twice a week but still nothing. I am currently on Ultimate nutrition weight gainer and Dymatize pre-workout supplement. I was wandering if you would know that amazing explosive arm training technique that can amplify my arm size.

My arm workouts usually consists of, seated dumb bell curls, over head tricep extensions, concentrated curls, standing barbell curls and pushdowns.

Regards,

Sergio
