The Colorado Experiment workout routine

Posted by Grath

I was reading the colorado experiment, and I was particulary intreeged by the strength in which these participants gained. I am going to the gym around three times a week on average one hour to one hour and thirty minuets, each time I go. However I see my muscle's get bigger but do not maintain the size for very long in terms number of days. I was considering doing longer periods of training days and possible hours but not too sure on what to do. So I am checking to estabilish what i should do. Im 5ft 9.5 and my weight is 154lbs, my body index was around 10.3. I think off the top of my head, but i would like to know from a more knwoledgable source on recommendations.

The Colorado Experiment proved that short but intense workouts produce the fastest results in building muscle size and strength.

So it would be a mistake to workout longer or more often, what you should do is workouts harder but cut down the volume so you are in and out of the gym in under an hour.

Also you should work each body part 2 to 3 times a week.
